Description of the holiday rental
Carmen Studio, in Casa Vanessa, is a one-room studio and has 30 sqm on 2 levels. On the entrance level you have the living room, comfortable and tasteful furnished, with a sofa which can be turnded into an extra-bed for a child or teenager. There is a flat screen TV and a dining area close to the open kitchenette. All this opens to an east-facing balcony. On this level there is also the bathroom with shower and WC.
Via a spiral staircase you access to the upper floor, an open gallery with 1 double bed.
There is of course free wireless Wi-Fi in all the areas.
You have access to a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer located in the main building.
From mid April till end of November Mountain Exposure is delighted to offer Studio Carmen located in Casa Vanessa which is perched on a hilltop, yet very easy to get to.
Access is very convenient via a tunnel which is 200 metres away from the Matterhorn Express base station and, in winter, the end point of the main resort ski run. The church square with its boutiques and restaurants is just five minutes away in the other direction, grocery at 150 m, restaurant 20 m, ski bus stop 20 m.
Located in a small building next to Casa Vanessa, you exit the tunnel elevator at the 2nd floor of the main building and go up some stairs. You can leave your skis and boots in the tunnel´s ski-room.
