Description of the holiday rental
This beautiful maisonette apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old house built in the traditional Engadinian style which has undergone complete and high-quality renovation. It is ornamented with the typical sgraffito decoration and fits perfectly in with the historical houses surrounding it.
It is situated peacefully and you can be sure to spend unforgettable vacations days at this place.
On the main floor of the apartment there is a large living / dining area. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a snug fireplace, a cosy eating corner and a very large panoramic window with a view of the balcony, the garden and the mountaintops. Also located on this floor is the kitchen, the smaller bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Via an internal staircase you can reach the top floor with a little gallery, a master bedroom and another bathroom.

The interior decoration is very individual and designed to make you feel at home.
In the apartment you can also find information about the surroundings and excursions as well as books and family games for hopefully rare rainy days.
Due to its location on the outskirts of the village, the starting points for mountain hikes and walking tours through the fields as well as the famous cross-country skiing track in winter are just a few minutes walk away. Restaurants and village shops are also within walking distance.
