The village of Castaneda is beautiful all year round, but it is known for its chestnut forests. Ideal starting point for those who like to walk in the mountains. In 35 minutes you can reach the village of San Bernardino, in 20 minutes you can be in Bellinzona, Locarno and Ascona can be reached in 40 minutes.
