Spacious 5 room apartment for 6 people in a beautiful traditional Swiss chalet. Ideally equipped for families who want to enjoy winter and summer activities. Place The journey time from Zurich is about 1 ½ hour by car or train. The chalet is located at an altitude of 1267m on a quiet hillside with a beautiful view over Churwalden and the mountains. Only 300m away or 5 minutes on foot are the local shops and restaurants, as well as the new Heidbühl Panaromalift which is connected to the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski paradise. Chalet The apartment is about 110m2 in size and has a warm and cozy atmosphere due to the wooden structure, underfloor heating and the Swedish stove.  The apartment is equipped with all modern facilities. It has space for 6 people in the 3 comfortable bedrooms. A baby cot is also available. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the village and the mountains. In summer you can enjoy the large terrace behind the house. Barbecue and garden furniture are available. Wifi and Internet TV from Swisscom is included.  In the basement there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as the ski storage Parking In summer, parking is allowed on the private driveway.  Only 4x4 is allowed for the last 50m of road ascent. In winter, however, driving on the upper Bäergliweg is prohibited. In winter and in summer without 4x4 the luggage is unloaded 50m from the chalet. Our guests can park the car for free in the car park 150m away.
