This 5 bedrooms house is a traditional Engadine village house in a quiet location with garden seating . It is very nice and comfortable and does not correspond to a standard apartment . The device is mainly antique , kitchen and bathroom modern . The living room on the ground floor is equipped with sofa, table , chairs and a fire oven. The living room on the first floor has a very old dining table and a fireplace with stove, sofa. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic and wood stove, refrigerator, dishwasher , coffee maker (Delizio, Migros). The bedroom in the basement , the associated bathroom with underfloor heating and bathroom are new. Upstairs two bedrooms are newly renovated and partly renovated shower / WC. Three cots and high chairs and a small children's beds are available. Heating: oil furnace (continuous operation in the winter) , fireplace and various electric radiators washing machine, dryer, internet Wi-Fi, TV, radio. Special: the house is heated in winter partly with wood .
