Situated in the middle of the Sils plain, this beautiful Engadine house with sgraffiti markings offers a lasting holiday experience! Built in 1977, in an absolutely quiet location, at the end of a private road and accessed by a footpath, you can reach the shops across the field. The cross-country ski trail passes close to Chesa Falcun. The 4-room flat is on the 1st floor. The living room and the balcony face southwest and offer a wonderful view of the mountains. The flat (92 m2 net living space) is furnished with much love and is carefully maintained. All furniture is hand-carved from solid Swiss stone pine (Rominger company, Pontresina). Kitchen with dishwasher, oven/grill (cathalytic cleaning), refrigerator and freezing compartment, microwave, rich inventory of crockery and cutlery, etc. Living/dining room: 31 m2 net, leather upholstered suite, fireplace, satellite TV and radio connection, CD player, bluetooth box and telephone. Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.  Welcome to the Engadin.

And from here, 120 kilometres (75 miles) of challenging pistes lead back down into the valley.
