Situated in the middle of the Sils plain, this beautiful Engadine house with sgraffiti markings offers a lasting holiday experience! Built in 1977, in an absolutely quiet location, at the end of a private road and accessed by a footpath, you can reach the shops across the field. The cross-country ski trail passes close to Chesa Falcun. The 4-room flat is on the 1st floor. The living room and the balcony face southwest and offer a wonderful view of the mountains. The flat (92 m2 net living space) is furnished with much love and is carefully maintained. All furniture is hand-carved from solid Swiss stone pine (Rominger company, Pontresina).
