Spacious newly built (2006) and furnished in 2014, 4 ½ room apartment with a gross floor area of 120 m2 featuring three double bedrooms for 6 people and a walk-in closet. The sunny apartment has a big balcony with a restricted Matterhorn view. It is equipped modernly with two bathrooms (shower/WC and bathtub/WC) and even a washing machine and a tumbler. The high-quality kitchen provides all the needed facilities such as a ceramic glass hob, stove, steamer, Teppanyaki Grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a "Delizio" capsule coffee machine.
For the first rental day a starter set with a garbage bag, coffee capsules, soap, and shampoo are provided.
The living room features an LCD screen with international cable TV and a DVD player.

The Casa della Luce was build in 2006. It was built to the "Minergie" standard and this offers an excellent standard of comfort. By the same token, our guests can enjoy the house's own exclusive health facilities, featuring whirlpools, steam bath and sauna, where you can thoroughly relax after a strenuous day up in the world of Zermatt's peaks
Tourist taxes are not included.
