Arrival by car to the house is possible.Reserved parking space ca. 300ms. Bus stop and Locarno city center, with many shopping possibilities, are ca. 300m. Train station is ca. 500m. Public pool and beach are ca. 800m. Bed, kitchen and bath linen are available. Washing machine, shared with building residents, is available for common use. Privat and lockable cellar for bikes. Pets not allowed.
