Description of the holiday rental
Locarno lies on Lago Maggiore lake. The apartment house is situated on a sunny and central place, just 50m (1 block) from the beautiful lake promenade. The view is over Lago Maggiore and the mountains beyond. There is a covered balcony with furniture and another smaller balcony. Building has elevator/lift. Arrival by car to the house is possible.Reserved parking space ca. 300ms. Bus stop and Locarno city center, with many shopping possibilities, are ca. 300m. Train station is ca. 500m. Public pool and beach are ca. 800m. Bed, kitchen and bath linen are available. Washing machine, shared with building residents, is available for common use. Privat and lockable cellar for bikes. Pets not allowed.

Livingroom with dining and seating area, cable TV, Hi-Fi, DVD, Internet Wi-Fi, exit on lateral and covered balcony with sungates, view on the lake and the mountains. Kitchen separate but open to living room (no doors), modern cooking combi with E-stove, dishwasher. 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet, exit on small lateral balcony. 1 bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with tube/toilet.
