South-facing, 5 minutes to the mountain railway, 2 minutes to the ice rink in winter and outdoor pool with table tennis and mini-golf in summer, very quiet location, centrally situated. Very nicely developed attic apartment, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, well-equipped living kitchen with dishwasher, TV/satellite, telephone, radio. Living space 86 m². Not recommended for people with walking difficulties (stairs). Key handover at the landlord's house on the day of arrival. Due to the construction of the neighboring house, construction noise is to be expected from early May 2025 to the end of October 2025.
