Description of the holiday rental

Bed linen, towels, electricity, and final cleaning are included in the apartment price.
Tourist tax included with guest card: CHF 5.00 per person aged 12 and over, collected by the landlord at the end of the holiday.
3.5-room attic apartment in a multi-family house, idyllic location with a very beautiful view. Roof terrace with panoramic view. South-facing, 5 minutes to the mountain railway, 2 minutes to the ice rink in winter and outdoor pool with table tennis and mini-golf in summer, very quiet location, centrally situated. Very nicely developed attic apartment, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, well-equipped living kitchen with dishwasher, TV/satellite, telephone, radio. Living space 86 m².
Not recommended for people with mobility issues (stairs). Key handover at the landlord’s house on the day of arrival. Due to the construction of a new building next door, construction noise is to be expected from early May 2025 to the end of October 2026.
