Description of the holiday rental
3-room apartment 75 m2 on 4th floor. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. 1 children's room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV and flat screen. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2, west facing position. Terrace furniture, box-room. View of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 76, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, lake Moubra 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.
