Description of the holiday rental
Bright 3 1/2 room flat (80m2) convertible into 4 1/2 room flat (93m2), depending on the number of persons, on the 3rd floor of the former Hotel Roseg built in 1869. The flat has a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, glass ceramic cooker, large refrigerator, freezer and many other appliances. One bathroom has a bathtub with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine with tumble dryer. The other bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. For 2-3 persons, the bedroom is open with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed. For 4 persons, there are two double bedrooms, without a single bedroom. For 5 persons all rooms are open, for 6 persons an extra bed is added to the single room. Please note that the rent is calculated on the basis of the number of persons. The entire furnishing is new, coordinated and of high quality. The cupboards and chests of drawers offer enough storage space. The flat also has a balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roseg Valley. A parking space in the attached underground garage is also available. The house has a locked bike and ski room. The flat is a non-smoking flat, pets are not allowed.
