The spacious 3.5 room apartment is located in the new "Melchtal Resort" in the canton of Obwalden, on the 1st floor of the house Chännel 3. You can reach the apartment comfortably with the elevator via the underground garage. Whether summer or winter, here you will relax. Be it skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, hiking, swimming in the Sarnersee and much more.

The resort is located in the center of the village of Melchtal
You can use all the resort's facilities for a fee. There is a wellness area with bath and sauna, a fitness room, children's indoor playground, children's cinema, ninja course and a Valo Arena.
These activities can be booked at the Steakhouse zum Roten Stier during the resort's opening hours. Please find out about the opening times yourself.
Our accommodation:

The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180x200). In the larger of the two is the large closet, and in the other a good usable chest of drawers. In the spacious bathroom you will find a barrier-free shower with rain function, a washbasin with mirror cabinet and a toilet. The modern kitchen is well equipped and fully furnished. You will also find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a raclette oven and a fondue set. Enjoy a cozy apero at the bar, after an eventful day. The bright, comfortable living and dining room is furnished with a table and 8 chairs, a sofa with salon table, as well as a TV and DVD player. Also at your disposal is our garden seating area with table and chairs. Thanks to the partial roofing of the garden place, it can be used even in bad weather. The proximity to the skiing areas Melchsee-Frutt, Meiringen-Hasliberg and Engelberg as well as the numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity make the Melchtal an attractive place for recreation. Sarnen can be reached in only 15 minutes by car. Stans with the attractive Länderpark in about 20 minutes by car and the city of Lucerne is also only 40 minutes by car, so ideal for a city trip!
Other important notes:

Skis, snowboards, sledges and bicycles can be deposited in the designated storage room. The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage.
