Exceptionally spacious and beautiful old Engadine house in the best location with high living comfort. Between 6-8 persons find place in this unique ambience (apartment approx. 200 m2; 3rd & 4th floor).
The holiday home Chesa Soutter (in Sonvih 39) is one of the historically relevant Engadine houses in S-chanf, which was built in 1620. The house belongs to the village centre of S-Chanf and was formerly used as a vicarage before the conversion.
The apartment covers an area of about 200 m2. It is kept in the classic style of an old Engadine house. It includes the spacious entrance (Souler), adjoins with the historical pine wood framed Stüva. On the ground floor there is of course a newly renovated kitchen, a spacious living room and a separate sink (incl. laundry room), as well as a separate renovated WC with bathtub. On the upper floor you reach the living rooms and bedrooms. 2 very spacious bedrooms, furnished with double beds (in Swiss stone pine wood) let the flair of the unique Engadiner house come to the fore. The upper separate Arven room also contains the possibility of accommodating small children (separately) in a beautiful Arven room close to the parents.
The upper floor is supplemented by a modern, renovated bathroom with a modern shower, and a further bedroom (double bed) with integrated separate shower.

The typical building structures have been preserved in this house. In the Chesa Soutter you have the possibility to spend your holidays in the sophisticated Engadine. The location of the property is unique. It lies directly at the Inn and offers the unique, unobstructable view of the Upper Engadine. 2 parking lots (outside parking lots) are available.
The holiday apartment is designed for 6 - 8 persons. It has:

The house has a central oil heating. Smoking is forbidden in the whole house for fire police reasons. (bicycles/skis can be stored in the separate barn)
