The flat has 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. A baby cot can be added. Lockable kitchen with dining table and corner bench. Bathroom with bathtub. Balconies on the south and west side (smoking possible here), with table and deck chairs. Dining area/terrace is also available. Space for ski equipment. Beautiful view and far view of the mountains.
The chalet is centrally located in the car-free part of Grächen near the church and the village square. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the shopping centre, the multi-storey car park, the valley station of the gondola lift, the sports centre and the forest playground. Parking facilities in the multi-storey car park. Hand trailer for transporting luggage available.
