Apartment with 2 bedrooms for maximum 6 people (55m2) at the 1st floor of a residence. Situated at about 5 minutes by foot to the gondolas and 10 to the centre. Calm and south situation with an open view on the Alps.

- 1 north blind/no window bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed
- Equipped kitchen with dinning table: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine
- Bathroom with bath tube accessible from the parental bedroom and the hall
- Living room with fireplace, dining area, bed-settee, TV (approx. 70 international channels)
- South-west terrace with barbecue and garden furniture
- Wi-fi internet access
- Shared laundry and ski room in the building
- 1 parking lot in garage
