The 75m2 apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail and tastefully furnished. The well-equipped kitchen with dining table, originally the Piertan of the Engadine house, is the heart of the apartment and invites you to cook and enjoy a meal and a glass of wine. The original wooden floor was maintained here! In the Arvenstube (dating back to 1817) you can relax with a good book from your skiing or hiking day. In the living rooms and bedrooms there is a beautiful, partly still original wooden floor. The bedroom is located in the former "Cha da fö" (kitchen). Here you can still see the traditional bend on the outside wall of the bedroom. In the bathroom there is a ceramic floor. The apartment is not suitable for children.

The surroundings invite to small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins in front of the front door. Shopping is possible in nearby Volg (150m) or in the bakeries and many local shops on Stradun. The ski bus stop can be reached on foot in 2 minutes on foot. The use of the ski bus is free of charge in winter. The cross-country ski run is only 850 m away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna landscape.

The 2.5-room apartment in the old village centre of Scuol Sot is located in a typical Engadine house in which a small shop and a bookbindery were located from 1861. In 2013/2014 the house was renovated in a modern way but still taking into account the typical characteristics. The result is an apartment to fall in love with.
