This house which will be rented only in the summer 2015 offers everything your heart desires.
The nine rooms with very different qualities offer plenty of space to spread out. The five bedrooms are furnished with a single bed, three double beds and two single beds. On the ground floor and on the first floor, there is one bathroom with a sink, a toilet and a shower. The bathroom upstairs is also equipped with a bidet and a bath. The modern kitchen invites you to cook titbits. The dining room with the large table stands for sociability. In front of the fireplace, the evening can get late. Out on the Loggia, the sky with plenty of stars and a cosy sofa invites you for a smoke. In the living room, which is equipped as a work space with a large table, telephone, fax and a printer you can focus on your work. After hiking, the tired legs can be relaxed in the family room in front of the TV. Here it can happen that you get surprised by the dawn, reading a thriller out of the house-library.

The historic Engadine house , which has just been carefully renovated, is located in the midle of the village on one of the most beautiful village squares in Scuol. In the morning you get the mineral water source fresh from the fountain in front of the house. From here you start directly to beautiful walks nearby. The supplies you buy at the store next door. If you like to swim in the beautiful mountain lake Lai Nair, you can use our bicycles. In the beautiful garden behind the house or on one of the loggias you can relax or ask your partner for a table tennis game. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine by the fireplace and then sleep in one of the original,cosy chambers. Just around the corner you will find three Little restaurants with local specialties.
Scuol is the largest town in the Lower Engadine and provides a lot to do. Here you will find the famous spa "Bogn Engiadina" three other indoor- and outdoor-swimming pools, four beautifully situated sand tennis courts , one of the oldest 9- hole golf course in Switzerland and among many other things also a rope park. From Scuol you can make wonderful trips to the Lake District in the Upper Engadine , to Val Mustair or to nearby South Tyrol . With the Rhaetian Railway you can explore from here easily the valleys throughout the canton of Graubünden.
