Bright 2-room apartment on the 1st floor, 44sqm, quietly situated with sunny terrace (approx. 25 sqm) and wonderful view to the Lake Silvaplana and the mountains. Practical and modern facilities. The apartment has Swisscom TV and wireless access. The bedroom has a double bed and built-in closet and separate small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, hand blender and kitchen scale.
