Modern, comfortable 3½ room apartment in a central location on the ground floor with fireplace and garden seating area.
Location and general information: The apartment is in a quiet location at the edge of the village of Zuoz, within walking distance to the village square and the train station. The apartment has a private, covered garden seating area. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Laudinella. In the immediate vicinity of Chesa Laudinella is the public car park, which can be used to park other vehicles. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Laudinella has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a French double bed. The room is directly connected to a private bathroom with bathtub. The children's room has three beds, one single bed and a bunk bed. Opposite the children's room is the second bathroom with shower. The modern, practical kitchen is separated from the large living/dining room. From the large living room a terrace door leads directly to the private garden seating area. Amenities and facilities: The apartment is furnished to a high standard with a lot of wood in alpine style and equipped with modern comfort. A Swiss stone pine floor has been laid in the apartment, only the two bathrooms have stone floors. In the spacious living/dining room there is a TV set with satellite reception and a fireplace. A W-Lan hotspot is available. In the kitchen you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass ceramic hob with extractor fan, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
