Tourist tax incl. guest card: CHF 5.00 per person from 12 years old will be collected by the landlord at the end of the holiday.
3 1/2 room - attic apartment in a multi-family house, idyllic location with a very beautiful view. Rooftop terrace with panoramic view. South-facing, 5 minutes to the mountain railway, 2 minutes to the ice rink in winter and outdoor pool with table tennis and mini-golf in summer, very quiet location, centrally located. Very nicely renovated attic apartment, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, well-equipped living kitchen with dishwasher, TV/Sat, telephone, radio. Living space 86 m2.
Not recommended for people with walking disabilities (stairs). Key handover at the landlord's house on the day of arrival. Due to the construction of the neighboring house, construction noise is to be expected from the beginning of May 2025 until the end of October 2025.
