Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Living room with TV. Large north-west facing balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun and have a glass of wine in the evening.
The flat is located in an apartment building in a quiet part of the village of Splügen. In summer: ideal starting point for hikes to the Splügenpass and Rheinwald.
In winter: The Splügen Tambo ski lifts can be reached directly from the flat by ski.
There is a communal garden in front of the house.
